CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026 with OMAKASE byGMO at ROPPONGI HILLS

For 13 days from April 17 (Friday) to 29 (Wednesday, holiday), 2026, the Japanese food culture festival "CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026 with OMAKASE by GMO at ROPPONGI HILLS" (hereinafter referred to as "CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026") will be held at Roppongi Hills Arena (Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo).

This year, a record 130 breweries will participate, and during the period, 10 breweries will appear daily under a different theme every day. After tasting about 400 breweries by about 200 people, including Hidetoshi Nakata, sake experts, top chefs, and sommeliers, carefully selected sake breweries from all over Japan will gather.
On the last day, Takagi Sake Brewery, which is highly regarded both domestically and internationally as a leading brewery in the Japanese sake world, participated. The lineup of rare brands such as "Fourteen Generations" brewed by the brewery will be available.
In addition, 20 restaurants participated this time, the largest number ever. On the last day, Wednesday, April 29th, "TACUBO" (Italian), "L'Effervescence" (French), "Torishiki ICHIMON" (yakitori), and "Fureika" (Chinese food) will open. In addition, the "Ishikawa Group", which develops Ishikawa, Torahakawa, and more, will appear as a special 10th anniversary organization "Team Ishikawa", providing a pairing experience with sake suitable for milestones.

In addition, the venue design was handled by Shohei Shigematsu, representative of the New York office of OMA, an architectural design firm that transcends cultural boundaries, including the exhibition structure of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, flagship stores of foreign brands, and even urban development in Japan.
