Only at Shu-en can you enjoy all the cuts from a whole prize-winning Miyazaki beef (awarded the Prime Minister Award for the National Wagyu Ability Prize Show three times consecutively, the so-called Wagyu Olympics that is held once every five years). With permission from the Health Department, we also offer Miyazaki beef yukhoe (Korean raw beef dish), or beef sashimi, so you can be reassured of safety in our raw meat dishes.
